Exchanges and Refunds

Exchange Policy

At Paroi, we offer a 7 DAYS EXCHANGE policy for all styles bought on full price. If you are not entirely satisfied with the fit of your purchase, you may exchange the items bought for another size or style. In case the desired size is not available with us, you could order another style of the same or higher value and the differential amount can be paid through our website. 


You are requested to refer to our detailed size guide before placing your order
Please do notify us by writing to us at care@paroi.com along with details of your original order number and images of the product.


Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us on the following address (please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired).
Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged.


Refund Policy


In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds of the products purchased however returns are free if the product you received is wrong or defective. In such cases, refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as reflected on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges from your initial order will only be refunded if the return is due to a defective or wrong item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We seek your understanding with delays to your refund caused by special events (e.g. online sales).
